Managing a company today requires the development of knowledge and skills that cannot be assured in the curricula of university faculties. The leaders that the market needs must be able to clearly analyze critical situations and make decisions, sometimes difficult, assuming the responsibilities they entail. To this end, Pedralbes University Hall of Residence, in collaboration with IESE, organizes the annual Summer School “Business Management: A Professional Future,” with the participation of professors, managers and entrepreneurs.

The teaching method, endorsed by many years of experience by the school of management, is the case method. In addition to the work sessions that take place in the mornings, the course includes lectures and discussions with professors or business people, professional orientation sessions, sports competitions, visits to emblematic places in Barcelona and its surroundings, and Christian education resources.
