The Pau Morales’ show
It was announced that a man who sang while he painted was coming to the get together, and that basically that’s what he was going to do. His name was Pau Morales. He arrived a day early to study the room, the acoustics, prepare their gear… Nobody imagined that would be a success. The night of the show, the few who had stayed in the library studying for the exams immediately came to the get together room when they heard the voices. With a “pedal looper”, the artist was creating melodies, rhythmic bases, choruses, and made the audience sing with him. Then he would turn in front of a black canvas, bigger than him, and would begin to brush colors. Fun and suspense dominated the night, and little by little the impressionist figure of the painting made sense: a man playing the saxophone passionately; as passionately as Pau Morales. The painting is now exposed in the living room, who knows if for posterity.
