PEDRALBES opened in 1983, not only with the purpose of housing but to complement university education. Besides a spacious residence, and the sports and library installations, the students find an appropriate environment for developing their hobbies and worries -cultural, social, spiritual- and to share real friendship.

The residents arise a genuine university spirit, achieve a solid professional education, and encourage a healthy worry for social matters thanks to the living with other university students from different thoughts and places, and to the cultural and social activities. As a consequence of that spirit, the residents organize and participate throughout the year on Hall of Residence’s various activities -without forgetting to pay attention to their careers- depending on every one likes and hobbies.

In harmony with the believes that characterize universities from their origins, we offer in Pedralves an education that covers all fields (professional, social and humanistic) to give answer of today society requirements. The Residence Hall main conception is full of a Christian sense of life, and the spiritual education offered is commended to the Prelature of Opus Dei.
